Pain From the Hips All the Way Down to the Legs
I used to experience pain from my hips all the way down to my legs. I'm not sure if it's muscle or bone pain but there's no joint pains involved. It only aches on one side at a time, rarely both, and it's the outer areas that are affected. This has been going on for years.
The pain is a lot more active when I'm lying down. I needed to position my body in a certain way or else the pain won't go away and I won't be able to sleep. Sometimes the pain is so severe that no lying down position is pain-free so I had to sleep on a sitting position. At this point, I have no choice but to swallow a pain killer. Wooh, nightmares... :-(
I had no expectations at all when I first took virgin coconut oil (VCO). But after taking it for about a couple of weeks, I noticed that the pain is no longer there. Another week passed, then another, then another, but still no pain.
Next thing I knew, it has been 3 months already and still no pain. Nowadays, the pain is 95% gone. What do I mean, 95% gone? It means I still feel some pain but it's far less fewer, too far in between and most importantly, I can hardly feel the pain. And it keeps getting better and better.
I no longer have to position my body at all to sleep soundly. I can just lie down, close my eyes and sleep like a rock again. :-)
