Pain From the Hips All the Way Down to the Legs

I used to experience pain from my hips all the way down to my legs. I'm not sure if it's muscle or bone pain but there's no joint pains involved.

It only aches on one side at a time, rarely both, and it's the outer areas that are affected. This has been going on for years.

The pain is a lot more active when I'm lying down. I need to position my body in a certain way or else the pain won't go away and I won't be able to sleep. Sometimes the pain is so severe that no lying down position is pain-free so I had to sleep on a sitting position. At this point, I have no choice but to swallow a pain killer. Wooh, nightmares... :-(

I had no expectations at all when I first took coconut oil ( good thing we know how to make coconut oil ). But after taking it for about a couple of weeks, I noticed that the pain is no longer there. Another week passed, then another, then another, but still no pain.

Next thing I knew, it has been 3 months already and still no pain. Nowadays, the pain is almost completely gone. I still feel some pain but it's far less fewer, too far in between, and most importantly, I can hardly feel it. And it keeps getting better and better...

To my mind, inflammation was the leading suspect in all those years of pain. I just didn't know how to tackle it. Turned out I was probably right. The anti inflammatory diet with coconut oil I adopted led me out of my misery.

I no longer have to position my body at all to sleep soundly. I can just lie down, close my eyes, and sleep like a rock again. Thank God! :-)
