IBS update

I wrote several months ago to say coconut oil helped my IBS after only using it a few days. Well, the benefits continue beyond what I expected.

I hardly suffer complications of IBS at all anymore. I can even have the occasional glass of wine which was an absolute no-no before. I am also noticing other improvements. My hair is softer.

My weight started to drop at an alarming rate in the beginning, but I can now eat so many things that were off-limits before. And I have started a work-out routine with weights, so it's balanced itself out.

I feel great 95% of the time, and I would recommend coconut oil to anyone else with my health concerns.

Coconut Oil is Great for IBS
by: Frederick

It's Katie, right? Hi! Thanks so much for continuing to share your wonderful experiences with coconut oil. You're a blessing to all of us.

Time and again, I have echoed the unparalleled greatness of coconut oil for digestive health. Other dietary fats make your digestive system work hard because they're not easy to digest. Digestive enzymes from your pancreas and bile from your gallbladder are necessary. But not with coconut oil, they aren't.

Unlike other fats, coconut oil digests so easily and goes directly to your liver to be instantly converted into energy and help power metabolism.

Now that your hair is softer, how about your skin? When coconut oil improves hair health, the skin usually benefits as well, and vice versa. Once again, thanks, Katie!

All the best,
Frederick
