My Hair is Healthier

For years, my mother told me about the benefits of coconut oil for the hair. Finally I decided to try it because my hair was falling out.

My hair is starting to grow again and it is healthy! I apply it at night and sleep with it, or I just apply hours before I wash it. I do this several times a week.

I also started mixing it with my day cream and my skin looks amazing! I had brown patches from the sun and now they are gone. My skin looks younger and radiant!

So now I take a teaspoon and ingest it everyday. Can't wait to see what other benefits I can get from coconut oil internally.

Coconut Oil for Healthier Hair

Long before it was discovered to be a powerful antimicrobial capable of killing the AIDS virus (HIV), coconut oil was already busy giving countless communities healthy, beautiful hair and skin.

My hairline was receding quite rapidly so I decided to give coconut oil a fair try. In a matter of 2-3 months, my wife noticed that my hair was getting thick, especially up top. She would definitely notice because she dyes my hair 3-4 times a year and she always commented on how my hair up top is getting thinner and thinner.

I apply 1-2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil (VCO) on my hair and scalp, three days a week, right after taking a bath.

My skin, too, looks much younger because of coconut oil. So Wendy, be prepared to reap more incredible coconut oil health benefits for ingesting it everyday.
