I have been using coconut oil on and off for a couple of years, but am back at using it for life. When I stop, my skin is just not the same.

I do use it for sun tanning and I have beautiful skin. I love the sun. I am 46 and people tell me I look 28! So I just slather it on and hit the rays.

I have replaced all the oils in my house with coconut oil. I also have olive oil on hand (I'm Italian so that would explain that). Love this site and God Bless you in getting this word out...

Best Skin with Coconut Oil

Every once in a while, I'm not able to do my once-a-day, nightly, before-going-to-bed coconut oil skin regimen. When this happens, I wake up with dry skin on my face. Something which never happens when I massage coconut oil.

Coconut oil is the original suntan lotion and optimizes the production of vitamin D, which is crucial for fighting cancer and many other disease and illness.

"I am 46 and people tell me I look 28!"
- I am 41 and people tell me I look 31. Hope people tell me I still look 31 when I reach 46... :-)
