INCREDIBLE

by Casey
(London)

I have semi-heat damaged hair and started using pure coconut oil on a bit of a whim as somebody recommended it to me. I bought unrefined coconut oil from an Afro-Caribbean hair store and was surprised how inexpensive it was for such a huge tub, only £ 2.45!

I was told by the shop assistant to heat a tablespoon of it in a tub in the microwave, spread it through your hair, leave it overnight, and shampoo and condition as normal the next morning. My hair felt like silk as soon as it dried. My split ends looked totally flat and more manageable.

I got my friend hooked on this too now! I love it. I've tried tons of products but nothing compares!!

Hi Casey,

Whether your hair has been damaged by too much sun exposure or by the harsh chemical ingredients of countless so called hair care products, coconut oil is bound to revitalize your crowning glory.

Time and again, I have seen coconut oil outperform well-known and expensive hair care treatment products. Coconut oil is the reason why Polynesian women have beautiful hair, even though their crowning glory is always exposed to the sun.

Incredible Coconut Oil
by: Frederick

You might want to avoid the microwave the next time you heat coconut oil. Not that coconut oil is weak and it can't handle the intense microwave heat. At 92 percent saturated, coconut oil is the most durable, toughest oil on the planet. If coconut oil can't take it, none can.

It's just that the radiation blast of microwaving alters the chemical structure of nutrients, many times destroying them completely. Simply immerse the container in hot water for a minute or two and that should do it, safely.

You can try tons of products and spend hard-earned dollars for mediocre results, often times even harmful. With coconut oil, you can achieve silky manageable hair and flatten split ends overnight, the low-cost, safe and natural way. Take care.
