A coconut oil recipe is an appetizing way to keep the doctor away. People who consume the greatest amounts of coconut oil (CNO) are among the healthiest, if not the healthiest human beings on the planet.

My Bicolano brothers south of Manila, Philippines love coconut milk. They consume the most CNO at 62.4% of their fat calories. Guess what? They have the lowest heart and brain death rates in the country.

Their mean cholesterol is 161 mg/dl in males and 191 mg/dl in females 40 years and above. Their heart mortality rate is only one third compared to us here in Manila. If that's not healthy, at the very least heart-healthy, then I don't know what is.
