When Should You Eat Coconut Oil to Lose Weight?

Should I eat it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or three times a day with food or something else? Plus, can you give me some tips on losing weight with coconut oil. Thanks.

Based from what I’ve learned through studies and experiences to date, you can eat coconut oil either on an empty stomach or with food. It hardly matters. Personally, I take 1 tablespoon of coconut oil right after every meal, so that’s 3-4 tablespoons daily.

Tips for losing weight with coconut oil? Try taking 1-2 tablespoons, even more if you like, first thing in the morning and don’t eat any breakfast. Instead of eating your usual breakfast, take a glass or two of fresh fruit or vegetable juice.

It’s important to juice the fruits and vegetables yourself. Don’t buy the commercially prepared ones. You don’t know how these products were processed and what else went into them. Buy the natural fruits and vegetables and juice them yourself.

Unlike other dietary fats, coconut oil is primarily used to generate energy, not excess body fat. Coconut oil is a “quick source of energy.” The 1-2 tablespoons in the morning and the fruit/vegetable juices should enable you to function normally until lunch. This will also improve your bowel movements. Please give it at least a week or two.
