Does it help with snoring and how do I use it?

Hi Debra,

In my research, I have not encountered one that shows coconut oil helps with snoring. But you might want to avoid taking coconut oil 2-3 hours before bedtime.

Because coconut oil is a quick source of energy, thanks to its abundant Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA), you might have difficulty going to sleep due to an increased energy level.

As soon as I find some information regarding coconut oil for snoring, I will post them right here immediately.
