Leave-In Hair Conditioner
by Anonymous
Do you have to rinse the coconut oil out your hair or can you leave it in like a leave-in conditioner?
Hi,
You can do either. It’s all up to you.
Personally, I leave the coconut oil in because I work at home. I don’t have to worry if my hair and scalp get a little too oily.
You can rinse the coconut oil out your hair after at least thirty minutes, preferably one hour, for better results. Many people achieve outstanding results by leaving the oil in overnight and rinsing in the morning. It depends entirely on you.
The idea is to keep it in as long as possible to let coconut oil’s plentiful medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) to do “that thing they do” that’s so good for the hair.
Hope this helps,
Frederick
