How to get rid of the coconut smell of virgin coconut oil?

Hi Eric,

I suppose to get rid of the coconut aroma of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), you can try to heat it up using semi-high heat to high heat for an extended period of time. A much simpler way though, would be to get the refined variety.

My wife uses Refined Edible Coconut Oil or simply coconut cooking oil for all of her cooking, which she buys from the supermarket for a much lower price than VCO.
