Coconut vs Blood Group

I am an AB Blood Group person and, regrettably, this wonderful fruit numbers among our AVOID foods. My issue, therefore, is can I take coconut oil and enjoy its many benefits or should I avoid it as I do the meat?
I just need to make sure I understand your question correctly.
When you mention AB Blood Group, are you referring to the AB Blood Type? If yes, then I don’t believe that the coconut fruit should be avoided by people with this type of blood.
In all my research regarding the humble coconut, I have not encountered a single study stating that coconut consumption is dangerous or should be avoided by people with the blood type AB. But if there is, I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in that direction, Tunde.
