Coconut Oil for Excessive Phlegm Build-up?

by Anonymous

I have had excessive phlegm for the last 6 weeks. Will the coconut oil help me?

Absolutely! Excessive phlegm build-up is a sign that the immune system is working very hard to protect the body.

When it comes to boosting the immune system, no other oil or fat can match, let alone surpass, what coconut oil can do for your immune system. None!

Coconut oil is mostly Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) or Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA), the most powerful antimicrobial fat molecules on earth. It’s the main reason why coconut oil is so good for you.

Also, you might want to take some ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper, just to name a few. These spices and many others are great for decongesting the body of phlegm. Make sure you take them raw as much as possible for maximum benefits.

Hope this helps,
Frederick
