You may need or want to do several 3-day cleanses. Longer ones are harder but the purging is faster.

As in all types of fasting, you need to prepare yourself for the coconut oil cleanse. Take between 2 and 4 weeks to boost your nutritional reserves. Don’t do this program with a weak body!
