Coconut Oil as Mouthwash

How do I use coconut oil as a mouthwash?
Hi,
You use coconut oil as a mouthwash by oil-pulling. I do it every day and it’s very simple.
Put two tablespoons or so of coconut oil in your mouth, then swish and/or gargle with it, much like you would with a regular mouthwash. Work the oil in your mouth by pulling, pushing and drawing it through your teeth for 15-20 minutes. Discard the oil and rinse out with water. Don’t swallow the oil as it is full of bacteria, toxins, etc.
Do this at least once a day, ideally before breakfast. For best results, do it thrice a day before breakfast, lunch and dinner, and on an empty stomach. Oil-pulling on an empty stomach puts less stress on your body.
Mouthwashing by oil-pulling not only gives you fresh breath and a clean mouth. The health benefits it gives goes far beyond just your oral health.
All the best,
Frederick
