Coconut Oil:
The Best Cooking Oil in the
Whole Wide World

Use this search feature to quickly find the information you're looking for.

The best cooking oil you can use is none other than its excellency, Coconut Oil. No other oil can equal, let alone exceed, its "cooking greatness." None!

A good cooking oil is a stable one. When unstable oils oxidize or go rancid, they create toxic molecules known as free radicals that attack your cells.

Free radicals are always "at least" involved in the development of many health problems like cancer, heart disease and diabetes, just to name a few.

Saturated is Best

Saturated fatty acids are known to be much more reliable under a variety of conditions. Unlike unsaturated fatty acids, their chemical arrangement has no double-carbon bonds or connections that make fats structurally weak and prone to oxidation (decomposition).

Highly saturated coconut oil is the most stable and safest cooking oil on the planet. Of "all" the dietary fats and oils, it is the least vulnerable to peroxidation (oxidative process that occurs in fats) and free-radical generation.

It can be exposed to heat, oxygen, and light without substantially rotting or creating free radicals. That's why food manufacturers prefer to use coconut oil with their products, especially if it's going to be cooked or stored for any period of time.

Ideal for Frying

Best Cooking OilWith coconut oil, fried foods could be good for you. How about that!

The world's best cooking oil doesn't splatter as much, can be used over again, and isn't absorbed into your favorite foods like other vegetable oils.

92 percent saturated coconut oil has a moderate "smoking point" (the temperature it starts to smoke), so you do need to keep the temperature on the stove under 350 degrees F. This is a moderately high cooking temperature and you can cook anything at this heat.

There are no special instructions for using coconut oil. Just use it in place of other oils and that's it. It's a super easy way to add Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA) to your diet without increasing your total fat intake.

Eat and Heal

MCFAs, the main fat molecules in coconut oil, are potent antimicrobials capable of slaughtering microorganisms that cause the following illnesses:

  • Food poisoning
  • Candidiasis
  • AIDS
  • Septicemia
  • Herpes
  • Giardiasis
  • Pneumonia
  • Mononucleosis
  • Meningitis
  • ... many others...

Coconut oil can stay fresh for a very long time even unrefrigerated. It can resist decay and free-radical creation much longer and better than any other. Plus, it helps treat and prevent a long list of disease and illness. What else can you ask for a cooking oil?
