Benefit of Coconut Oil: Countless Benefits is Much More Like it
The benefit of coconut oil or more appropriately, benefitS, are “unparalleled!”I’m not saying this because coconut oil means so much to our economy. The Philippines is the world’s largest exporter of coconut oil.
If you know of some other dietary fat or oil (saturated or unsaturated, animal- or plant-based) that can do all of what’s on the lists below, please do let me know… My contention is that, overall, coconut oil improves your health the most.
As far as we know up to this very moment, there is no other food chemical (natural or artificial) in man’s disease-fighting armory with a spectrum as wide as that of coconut oil’s.
Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFA) generously found in coconut oil kill harmful microorganisms that cause the following diseases:

- Gastric ulcers
- Ear infections

- … many more …
There is no shortage of published medical literature showcasing the effectiveness of MCFAs. Below are pathogenic organisms that are inactivated by coconut oil’s MCFAs:
- SARS coronavirus
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Sarcoma virus
- Chlamydia trachomatis
- Herpes simplex virus (HSV-1 and -2)
