I'm not saying this just because I'm from the Philippines, the world's largest exporter of coconut products. And because coconut oil (CNO) means so much to our economy. It just so happens that our country has so much coconut palm trees and that we have found a way to make the most out of this blessing for the betterment of everyone in the world.
If you know of some other oil or fat, saturated or unsaturated, that can do all on the lists below, please do let me know. But to be honest, I believe there isn't. But hey, nobody or nothing is perfect, including the great and mighty CNO.
