The vegetable cooking oil that withstands heat, destroys microbes and makes you lose weight is none other than coconut oil, "The Healthiest Oil on the Planet."

Heat-Resistant

Saturated fatty acids are not damaged by heat. Unlike unsaturated fatty acids, they can resist oxidation (getting rancid) very well.

As a result, free radicals linked to numerous degenerative diseases are kept under control.

Coconut oil is composed of 92 percent saturated fatty acids, making it the most saturated fat of all. It is the most stable cooking oil you can use.

You can heat and re-heat coconut oil without creating substances that would harm your health. Highly saturated coconut oil is the safest, most durable vegetable cooking oil in the world.

Pro-Energy, NOT Pro-Fat

Most all other cooking oils are made of "hard-to-digest" long chain triglycerides (LCT). Olive oil, corn oil, soybean oil and many others are 100 percent LCTs. Coconut oil is mostly made of practically rare, "easy-to-digest" medium chain triglycerides (MCT).

LCTs need digestive enzymes and bile to separate into individual long chain fatty acids (LCFA). MCTs don't! Almost all of the digestion of LCTs happens in your intestine. MCTs are quick-digesting that by the time they exit your stomach, they are already completely broken down into individual medium chain fatty acids (MCFA).

A study conducted at McGill University in Canada has shown that by simply replacing all the LCT-vegetable oils like soybean oil in your diet with an oil that contain MCTs such as coconut oil, you can lose up to almost 40 pounds of excess fat per year. You don't have to change anything in your diet. Just a simple "oil-change" will allow you to lose that much extra body fat.

LCFAs will eventually become the main source of the fat that collects in your fat cells and artery walls. MCFAs plentifully present in coconut oil won't! MCFA-loaded coconut oil is primarily used to create energy, not body fat and arterial plaque.

Kills Germs

MCFAs are also the powerhouse nutrients behind coconut oil's fascinating ability to exterminate bacteria, fungi, viruses and other harmful organisms. Coconut oil terminates pathogens that cause the following diseases:
