In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, cream and black pepper, then set aside. In a medium-size nonstick frying pan, melt coconut oil over medium-high heat. When oil is hot and bubbly, add eggs to pan and reduce heat to medium. Smoothly blend egg mixture with a spoon until eggs are soft, creamy and cooked the way you like it. Serve immediately. SERVES 2 LOW-CARB HAMBURGERS
Place the meat in a bowl, and add the spices and eggs. Mix everything together well and form patties the size you like. Place patties on a skillet in which the coconut oil has been melting. Fry them on both sides slowly making sure the meat is cooked completely through (there should be nothing pink inside). Pick the patties up and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess fat.
