How Many People Have Diabetes?
Can Coconut Oil Help?

How many people have diabetes? Experts say roughly 4 percent of the global population will live with diabetes in 2010. That’s around 285 million people. Phew!

This total is expected to swell to 438 million by the year 2030. That’s an increase of more than 7 million new diabetics annually. My goodness...

Folks, the diabetes menace is on, whether you accept it or not. Question is, what are you going to do or not do about it? I say, at least, make sure you’re using coconut oil instead.

Diabetes is a disease brought about by problems with the production and supply of insulin in the body.

Each cell in your body needs a constant supply of either glucose or fatty acids to stay alive. Without insulin though, glucose and fatty acids can not enter your cells to nourish them.

Fortunately, there is one type of fatty acids that can feed your cells with or without insulin? That type is called medium chain fatty acids (MCFA), the main fatty acids found in coconut oil.

MCFAs can provide your cells nourishment even without the aid of insulin. It doesn’t matter if your pancreas is not producing enough insulin or if your cells are insulin resistant. MCFA-rich coconut oil can still feed your cells.

How many have diabetes? Plenty!
Can coconut oil help control it? Absolutely!

Coconut oil is not dependent on insulin to make sure your cells are properly nourished. And that, for a diabetic, IS everything.
