Coconut Oil Ringworm:
Break the Ring of
Skin Fungal Infection

Coconut oil ringworm? Like numerous bacteria and viruses, fungal infections don’t stand much of a chance against the antimicrobial blow of the planet’s most beneficial dietary oil or fat, coconut oil (CNO).

Ringworm or tinea is a superficial eruption of the skin. It’s caused by a fungus or a combination of fungi, mainly Microsporum, Epidermophyton or Trichophyton. Ringworm can affect any area of the skin but usually occurs on the feet or more commonly known as athlete’s foot.

Skin fungal infections like ringworm, jock itch, foot and nail fungus and others can be formidable foes. Coconut oil’s chief fat molecules called medium chain fatty acids (MCFA) are at constant war with menacing fungi. In reality, all of its MCFAs are potent antifungals.

Caprylic acid, one of the MCFAs in coconut oil, is a mighty nondrug or natural fungus-fighting substance. It’s so capable that supplement manufacturers put it in their products for combating systemic yeast infections.

Keep the affected area moist with CNO all the time, for maximum results. If this is not possible, make sure you apply it 3 to 6 times or more throughout the day. The idea is to not give ringworm-causing fungi breathing time or space to recover and continue its harmful growth.
