Coconut Oil Nosebleed:
Stop the Bleeding and
Start the Healing

Coconut oil for nosebleed? Whether the bleeding has already begun or you simply would like to avoid one, coconut oil should be able to help, big-time.

When it bleeds, coconut oil heals, and that includes nose bleeds. This majestic tropical oil can heal just about any bone or soft tissue injury there is.

Bloody noses are frequently caused by cold and dry air dehydrating the nasal passages, which causes the mucus membranes to itch, burn and crack.

How does coconut oil come into the picture?

Coconut oil can easily soften and moisten the nasal passages, stopping dry cracked skin from developing, and ultimately, preventing bleeding.

Liberally coat your finger with virgin coconut oil (VCO) and rub it on the inside of your nostril. For maximum effect, lie down on your back and let the oil drain into your sinuses.

If the bleeding has begun and it’s not heavy, do the same thing as above. Only this time, to prevent blood from going down your throat, sit down, lean forward and put your head down, leaving your mouth open for easy breathing.
