The Coconut Oil Baldness Link:
Hair Growth from
Nature's Wonder Oil?

The coconut oil baldness connection breathes fresh air into people with hair growth concerns. Coconut oil (CNO) has always benefited the human hair since time immemorial.

Long before science discovered it to be an almighty antimicrobial that loves to kill and protect you from all sorts of viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi, etc., CNO has already been busy giving tropical communities shiny, strong and beautiful hair.

Here in the Philippines, it wasn't long ago at all when our ancestors depended on coconut oil for all their hair care needs. In fact, a great number of my countrymen, especially in the provinces, still use this wonder oil exclusively for their crowning glory.

Reports of people battling baldness show that CNO appears to be counteracting hair loss and promoting hair growth. After regular use for about 2-3 months, these people have noticed that they are no longer losing hair. Receding hairlines are filling in. Thanks to virgin coconut oil (VCO).

I, personally, can attest that shortly after using VCO, my hair fall has been dramatically reduced. I remember counting hair strands every time I shampoo. I usually count around 10-15 strands per shampooing and I'm beginning to see more and more of my scalp on top. Yayks!

Today, I'm lucky to count 4 strands of hair, usually 1 to 3, and increasingly, no hair fall at all during shampoo time. And I haven't even began using coconut milk yet.

Coco milk or gata, as we call it, can promote hair growth even more than coconut oil, I believe. That's because it contains significant amounts of the oil. In fact, any condition that is affected by coconut oil will be similarly affected by coconut milk.

Plus, coco milk contains protein. It's been published that coconut oil can reduce hair protein loss, making it an important part of your hair care regimen. Note that pure coconut oil has no protein. Interesting, huh.

Here's my point. If virgin coconut oil, which is protein-less, can reduce hair protein loss, what more if you use protein-rich coconut milk? Well, you be the judge.

One thing's for sure, though. You can't dismiss the coconut oil baldness beneficial tie-in. Not even for a second.
